Ka is a passionate hardworking man who would give his shirt off his back for someone in need, he is charitable, charismatic, bit of a playboy, and peaceful. That personality is just another mask, a well polished scam to blend in with his colleagues or friends. Ka is publicly known to support anti-natalism, he is strongly against the breeding and creation of more supers. Ka loathes the hero mindset and the criminally gifted often misuse their powers for personal profit which disgusts Ka, almost ironic when he is in fact a master manipulator of people around him and heartless.....which helps bleed him over into his Bakuhatsu personality that isn't afraid to actually handle the nasty evil stuff Ka wouldn't tarnish his image with. Ka Young was born in Busan along the coast in a small fishing village called Seo-Gu, he doesn't remember any of his childhood there as he was very young but Ka was the son of a fisherman. His mother died in labor. A flood when Ka was just a little over a year old left him alone and orphaned, his father was declared dead and washed away to be lost. Ka was then adopted by a wealthy Japanese family who couldn't have children, it was a private adoption so those outside of Ka's parents could believe he was their child and it was never questioned. Ka's adoptive father was Kenji Ito who founded Ito Future Technology company, on the outside it was a squeaky clean family oriented business that had partnered with the United States government producing homeland defense equipment and weapons. What it covered up was years and years of doing the same thing with every warlord, dictator, and rich gangster's. Kenji liked to keep the playing field even, but he loved money even more. Ka Ito was shown to the world as the heir to the massive technological giant and the golden child of Kenji. It was always sunshine and rainbows to the public however their relationship was strenuous and volatile as Ka proved in his teenage year's to be a independent nosy cynical young man. Children often bullied Ka for his golden spoon life, something that followed him around even inti adulthood. He saw and felt that this was a human trait, although very bad and nasty, Ka believed no one BUT himself was capable of goodness. This mindset also followed Ka into adulthood, it was another reason of his to want to eradicate human life as a villain. Where others could see good people Ka was completely blind to it. Learning bored him because it was easy, so he ran the school with a handful of friends helping a street wise ex-yakuza member push drugs. Drugs disgusted Ka but he knew he needed a step toward much bigger things, he was brutal at his position very organized and he expected those that worked with him to be exaclty the same. Ka was loyal but those who gained his trust were few but they meant the most to him so he started a small organization of his own, The Shiroi honō or The White Flames, they adopted the motto that backed their philosophy that the world needed drastic changes. They were going to restart the whole damn thing! It was going to start with taking over their current employer and removed the flow of drugs, strengthen their community by culling the addicts, control the crime, and give back. It was a trojan horse. Ka had much different perspectives on his plan, something he kept close, and something that sparked his split personality. Ka was seventeen when he assassinated his boss the ex-yakuza member, his closest allies the Shiroi honō eliminated the other small bosses. They cut, bullied, and destroyed the drug supply lines. While things healed Ka finished school and against his parents wishes Ka went to explore the world outside Japan.

His travels in his early twenties is what lead him to discover who he really was, trying to enlist with the military a blood test revealed a rare genetic disorder that had only been found within a small section of the world, Korea. More blood tests revealed he was in fact Korean, it uncovered the adoption record which had been sealed. It didn't enrage Ka as he thought it would, instead it motivated him. He abandoned the military plan and instead returned home to reunite with the Shiroi honō, he gave them one mission which was to recruit, train the recruited, and one day he would call them home. Ka followed his own rules training in many methods of hand to hand combat, weapons training, and he shadowed his adoptive father who was non the wiser that Ka knew the truth. The man poured every secret unto Ka, introduced him to his darker more dangerous clients which Ka began to recruit, and Ka was given control of the robotics department developing some defense weapons stilled used today.

Ka kept his whole operation close during his late twenties and into his thirties, he built up a silent mass of followers within Japan. But that wasn't his final card, he wanted more and he wanted to extend the family business by branching into America an idea his Father had toyed with but refused to act. His Father believed America would be a last resort business deal that they craved it, they paid highly for their work from Japan. Ka wanted the power. It was within years of legal action that a hatred between Ka and his adoptive Father destroyed their already fragile relationship, Ka had never forgotten what he knew. Then the Event happened...it changed everything....Ka had been gifted. He found out of course by accident, what he thought was a virus was in fact the change. Ka spent a few days profusely sweating, everyone commented in his paleness, he kept a temperature, and his body screamed in pain. A ruse orchestrated by his adoptive father saw Ka kidnapped by hire thugs, he was going to be killed as a way to eliminate Ka from ever obtaining the Ito Future Technologies. A struggle ensued and another side of Ka emerged, Bakuhatsu. A rage. His revenge. Ka began to choke his adoptive father to death but the sweat began to burn and smoke, he even tried to let go as his skin began to burn but that was when the explosion happened....not one..but a cluster bomb like explosion...it had left a crater...and left was Bakuhatsu....suit torn and tattered...fingers broken...but he remained. Ka had the legit power he needed. Members of his followers found themselves endowed with gifts as well and it strengthened their bond. The company was his and six months ago Ka Ito revealed to the world the truth of who he was, he became Ka Young. The Ito family was ruined as more and more conspiracy theories came to light whole other shocking scandals also shed new light. Their stories buried the missing Kenji Ito story. Ito Future Technologies was renamed Young Technology, he also uprooted the entire company and partnered with the American government on a $65,000,000,000 dollar loan. The Shiroi honō became the company and their headquarters was planted right in the backyard of 'Murica. Meanwhile Ka has embraced his power's and his darker side, his path has been set...he will destroy the last of the remaining humans who destroy not only other life but the very planet they live on, Ka/Bakuhatsu can viewed as an eco-terroist fighting to preserve his environment with the belief that he is preserving HIS people's existence. Ka doesn't believe that he will stop there either as metahumans in his eyes are unnatural abominations often not held accountable for their actions, they often destroy more than they heal or protect. He believes the hero initiative is a farce. As for his own abilities and those he has chosen to surround himself with, they are just a means to a end for his plans. In the end it will be only Ka and a peaceful world...

Ka's power allows him to secrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from his palms and detonate it at will to create explosions. The more Ka sweats, the stronger his explosions become. Ka usually uses small, powerful explosions from his hands to not only blast his opponents but to propel himself and navigate through the air as well. Ka has trained to in Aikido while dropping the theory of protection against his opponents he has integrated the use of his power to defend while hurting an opponent.

His own attacks also won't hurt him but if he was in a room full of gas or other flammable materials and he used his powers igniting those things he could be hurt and possibly killed. He has to produce sweat to use his power period. His abilities don't make him physically stronger or above superhuman anything.

Another hard hitting weakness is if Ka/Bakuhatsu can't produce sweat he is just a normal guy with no fireworks! Someone with abilites such as controls over ice or weather could drop temperatures eliminating a source to sweat.
